Example for a 3 bed / 2 bath home: four member cleans at $119, you stop in month two: we charge 4 × $30 = $120, and that is all.
After every clean you get a short review link. Esti reads each one personally before it is published, and if something was not right she arranges the fix, usually a free re-clean within 48 hours. We publish the praise and the fixes, both.
Yes, free up to 24 hours before, online or by text. Inside 24 hours we ask for half the visit price, because your crew kept that time for you and we pay them for it. A first late cancellation is forgiven. Regular clients can stop at any time with nothing owed.
We tell you the moment we know. You choose: another Breeza crew the same day if one is free, or your own crew on the next day that suits you. You are never charged for a visit that did not happen, and if we cancel inside 24 hours that visit is $20 off. The full policy is one page: read it here.
Yes, every one of them. Before a crew wears the Breeza name they pass a nationwide criminal background check (including the sex-offender registry), identity verification, two reference calls, proof of liability insurance, and a scored test clean with your local manager. Only crews we would welcome into our own homes make it through.
